At Astraliora, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

30-Day Return Guarantee

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days after delivery.
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Show no signs of misuse, modification, excessive wear, or accidental damage.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Include all projector slides, cables, accessories, manuals, and other components supplied with the order.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or a valid Astraliora order number.

You may carefully open and test the product. However, products that have been damaged, modified, heavily used, or returned with missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not return your order before receiving approval and return instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Do not send the product to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Original shipping charges, express delivery fees, priority processing fees, shipping protection, and other optional delivery charges are also non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Astraliora is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address by the customer or shipping carrier.

Where required by applicable law, or where Astraliora confirms otherwise in writing, different return shipping arrangements may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Contact us at support@astraliora.com if:

  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product does not function correctly.
  • Parts or accessories are missing.
  • You received the wrong product or variation.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing:

  • The product and the reported issue.
  • The original packaging.
  • The shipping label.
  • All items received in the package.

After reviewing the information, we will provide the appropriate solution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

Please do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item before receiving instructions from us.

Minor differences in product color, packaging, printed materials, or appearance caused by lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or packaging changes are not considered defects when they do not affect the product’s functionality.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After Astraliora issues the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be included in the refund unless required by applicable law or confirmed otherwise by Astraliora.

Partial Refunds

Astraliora may issue a partial refund when:

  • The returned product shows signs of use beyond reasonable testing.
  • The original packaging is damaged or missing.
  • Projector slides, cables, accessories, manuals, or other components are missing.
  • The product was damaged after delivery.
  • The item is returned in a condition different from the condition in which it was received.
  • The product cannot be resold because of the customer’s handling or use.

The amount deducted will depend on the condition of the returned product and the value of any damaged or missing components.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may refuse a return when:

  • The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
  • The product has been misused, modified, or intentionally damaged.
  • The product has been exposed to liquids, excessive heat, or other damaging conditions.
  • Important components or accessories are missing.
  • The product was purchased from another seller or website.
  • The customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase.
  • The item was marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different variation or product, you must return the original item according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Contact us at support@astraliora.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order or change the delivery address.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after it has entered processing or has been shipped.

Orders that have already been shipped must follow the standard return process.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Astraliora is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address.
  • A missing apartment, house, or unit number.
  • An incorrect postal code.
  • An incorrect recipient name.
  • An incorrect telephone number.
  • Failure to collect the package.
  • Refused delivery.

If an order is returned to the sender, a refund may be issued only after the package has been received and inspected.

Actual shipping expenses, carrier charges, return-to-sender fees, customs charges, and other related costs may be deducted from the refund.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

A refund may be considered only after the package has been returned to us and inspected.

Shipping charges, return-to-sender fees, customs charges, and other expenses related to the returned package may be deducted from the refund.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by Astraliora and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated during checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are non-refundable by Astraliora.

Refusing a package because of customs charges does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country or region.

Where applicable law provides stronger consumer protection than this policy, the applicable legal requirements will take priority.
